The Dolomiti Rangers, within the nature park of Fanes Senes and Braies, are playful characters enacted by children from 7 to 12 years of age who sign up on our website. Accompanied by their parents and with the help of an expert guide, they go into the nature park to explore themes about nature with a training module of their choice (morning, afternoon or evening) and to learn the rules of behavior to protect a nature park.
The guided tours take place in summer and winter, at set times depending on the module, and are interesting and exciting for the whole family; they also take place in other South Tyrolean nature parks.

On this family walk you will discover all the tricks, which the animals in the Nature Park have developed to survive during the cold season. With help from a ranger, children and parents will learn together how to interpret animal tracks in the forest. After the adventure in the snow, you can warm up with a good hot tea in the Visitor center.
Your adventure begins in the visitor centre of the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park! In a small tour you will discover traces of animals from distant times that tell us the exciting history of the Dolomites. You will also learn which plants and animals live in the Nature Park, where they live and what tricks they have developed to survive sometimes under difficult conditions.
And then you go out into nature! Here you can analyse the tracks to find out which animals live in the forest. In the Owl Park you can see many birds of prey such as owls and the golden eagle up close. And of course we also take the time to listen to the Music of the trees.
