On the edge of the Fanes-Senes-Braies Natural Park there is the internationally renowned Owl Park, home to more than 80 birds of prey of 30 different species, some of which are now extremely rare and close to extinction. Mario, the birds of prey expert, has been lovingly looking after these magnificent animals for years and will be happy to share with you all their secrets.

An enjoyable horseback riding excursion for beginners and advanced riders awaits you at the
Sitting Bull Ranch in Lungiarü. Raimondo, a horse

Europe‘s longest zipline starts at Piz de Plaies and will allow you to experience an adrenaline-fuelled descent, hooked by a high-tech pulley to a cable suspended at a height of 100 metres, which plunges for more than 400 metres in altitude.
You will reach a maximum speed of 80 km/h, making for an unforgettable experience! When booking online you will pay 50% of the total price.

Get in the saddle with the instructors of the Bike School for an easy excursion on the slopes surrounding San Vigilio, from where you can enjoy the extraordinary autumn views, brightly colored by the foliage.
The route will take you along less-frequented roads, where you will discover old houses and historic farms, built in the traditional Ladin style.
To enjoy the experience at its best, and to make it accessible to everyone, we ask you to use an electric bike.
Bring your own e-bike and helmet (not included in the price). In case of bad weather the event will be cancelled.

The Fanes-Sennes-Braies Nature Park also has a heart, and that is called Braies Lake. The Braies Lake is located in an untouched rock basin and is overlooked by the majestic Seekofel, it is also considered the most beautiful lake in the Dolomites. To see it all, a walk of one and a half hours on the easy circular path is enough. For our spring special and autumn special, we offer you the opportunity to book a seat on the bus that will take you directly to Braies Lake. Here you will have the opportunity to hike and stroll on your own for a few hours before returning to San Vigilio. Significant reduction for guests of accommodations participating in the "Spring Special" and "Autumn Special" offer. Participating establishments will provide guests with a "promocode", which, if entered in the appropriate box during online booking, will enable them to take part in the guided excursion/event for only 10,00 €.

Accompanied by the instructors of the Bike School, enter the heart of the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and be enraptured by the spectacle offered by the forests and mountains of the Dolomites. But it‘s not only your eyes that will be satisfied: you are in a true MTB paradise and can fully enjoy you ride.
Please note: the route has a minimum altitude difference of 1000 m. Bike and helmet are not included.
From the Ladin Museum we set off together to discover SMACH Val dl'Ert (Art Valley), an open-air sculpture park which in 2023 has one of the special mentions in the National Landscape Award sponsored by the Italian Ministry of Culture. Along the path you will see more than 25 works of art set in an alpine forest, among the fir trees and pastures of a stretch of unspoilt nature. This is a permanent exhibition of sculptures acquired as a result of the SMACH art competition, the Dolomites Biennale. After the guided tour in the Val dl’Ert you can independently visit the Ladin Museum where you can immerse yourself in the history, culture and traditions of the Ladin people.

The Museum Ladin Ursus ladinicus was opened
in St. Kassian in July 2011 and is dedicated to the
prehistoric cave bear and the geology of the Dolomites. On three floors, visitors can learn everything about the history and habitat of the cave bears that lived around 40,000 years ago.
On display are original bones, teeth and skulls of
a new species of cave bear, the Ladin Ursus ladinicus. A separate section uses beautiful fossils to illustrate the most important stages in the formation of the Dolomites.
The Museum Ladin „Ciastel de Tor“ is located in the castle of San Martino in Badia and is dedicated to the inhabitants of the Dolomite Ladin valleys and to their history and culture.The local identity is based on the Ladin language, an ancient combination of dialects formed by the union of Latin, Rhaetian and Nordic languages.
In the Museum you can discover the handicraft traditions and customs of this alpine population, which evolved in conjunction with the extraordinary natural landscape.
Photography Meets the Dolomites
At Plan de Corones (2,275 m), the Museum LUMEN celebrates mountain photography with spectacular exhibitions and multimedia installations. Housed in a former cable car station, the museum takes visitors on a visual journey through historic images, iconic photography, and breathtaking panoramas.
A must-see: the “Shutter”, a massive mechanical aperture window framing the stunning Dolomites UNESCO. A must-visit for photography lovers, mountain enthusiasts, and anyone looking for a unique visual experience!

MMM Corones, located on Kronplatz (2,275 m) and designed by Zaha Hadid, is a tribute to alpinism. Spectacular installations, historical exhibits, and futuristic architecture offer fascinating insights into the world of mountaineering – with breathtaking views of the Dolomites UNESCO.
MMM Ripa, housed in Bruneck Castle, is dedicated to mountain cultures worldwide. Reinhold Messner showcases their way of life, traditions, and deep connection to nature through authentic objects, photographs, and stories – with a stunning view over the Puster Valley. A must-visit for culture and mountain enthusiasts!

The autumn package includes a 5,00 € discount on
tickets for the Ruis cable car, which takes you to the Kronplatz and the Piz De Plaies cable car (round trip ticket). With the cable car transport you can comfortably reach panoramic points and hikes of great scenic value, as well as the start of variuous downhill trails. The offer is valid during the opening period of the cable cars. Not combinable with other discounts.
For those who want to spend an active day
of fun, but also relaxation, a stop at the
Cron4 pool in Reischach is a must. With 6 pools
of different depths and lengths, families with
children as well as demanding swimmers are
guaranteed an ideal stay. And with the heated
outdoor pool, with a view of the Plan De Corones,
and a 75-metre long water slide, there is the
risk that you will never want to leave!

After a day spent immersed in nature, amidst the

is perfect for relaxing and eliminating accumulated
